1. Acceptance and age
By creating a Founding Beta account or using paid MyPeriodPilot access, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Founding Beta accounts are for people age 18 or older.
2. The service
MyPeriodPilot provides personal menstrual tracking, logging, visualization, estimates, educational information, and optional cloud synchronization. Features may evolve during Founding Beta.
3. Not medical, contraceptive or fertility advice
MyPeriodPilot does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, contraception, or fertility guidance. Do not use cycle predictions to determine whether sex is “safe,” whether pregnancy can or cannot occur, or whether medical care is needed. Seek qualified medical care for health concerns and emergency services for emergencies.
4. Predictions and insights are estimates
Cycle days, forecasts, patterns, and insights depend on the information you log and can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. They are informational aids, not guarantees.
5. Your account and data
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for information entered through your account. Do not access another person’s account or attempt to bypass security controls. Data Vault export tools are provided so you can keep your own copy.
6. Paid access
If MyPeriodPilot offers paid plans, the price, billing interval, renewal terms, trial terms (if any), cancellation method, and any specific refund terms presented at checkout form part of your purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal charges as described at checkout. Refunds are provided when required by applicable law or when expressly offered in the checkout terms.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, scrape the service in a way that harms availability, or use MyPeriodPilot to violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
8. Intellectual property
The MyPeriodPilot name, interface, original software, branding, graphics, and product content are owned by or licensed to MyPeriodPilot except where third-party content or sources are identified. These Terms give you a limited personal right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
9. Founding Beta availability
The service may change, experience interruptions, or contain defects during Founding Beta. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any paid-plan commitments presented at purchase.
10. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyPeriodPilot is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every prediction, feature, or synchronization event will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Ending your account
You may delete your account using “Delete My Account & Data.” We may restrict or terminate access for material misuse, security threats, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as MyPeriodPilot evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new version/effective date and, when appropriate, renewed acceptance. Questions can be sent to hello@myperiodpilot.com.
